Davidson Abishegam is an author, master trainer, executive coach and consultant. For 31 years he has worked on one question: what actually changes behaviour at work, not just understanding of it.
He has worked with more than 1,000 organisations across South East Asia, spanning start-ups, SMEs, multinationals and government agencies, among them AirAsia, Bank Negara Malaysia, DHL, ExxonMobil, GlaxoSmithKline, the Prime Minister's Office and Sarawak Shell.
He holds an MBA in Human Resources and is the founder of KCOM Academy, a strategic human capital consultancy operating across Malaysia, Brunei and the wider ASEAN region. Over his career, he has upskilled more than 50,000 employees, and last year shared a stage with Marshall Goldsmith, Ron Kaufman and Arthur Carmazzi at a Leadership Reboot Conference.
Away from the training room, Davidson is an avid Liverpool supporter with a lifelong passion for music. He lives in Kuala Lumpur with his family, ten guitars and a piano.
